The Chinese teachers will give a five-to-eight-minute lecture first.During the lecture, The Training Expert will act as a student to ask the lecturer 1 or 2 questions,or answer the lecturer's questions.When one lecture is finished,The Training Expert will help the lecturer with his or her English expressions and give some suggestions to improve their oral English.At the same time,any suggestions about their teaching methods are welcome.
